Outsiders
Contact: via the contact form
SIRET: 953 066 024
This site is ours: Outsiders, company number 953 066 024, registered in France. A real company, with real people behind it.
No PO box in the Bahamas, no ghost address. If you want to talk to us, the contact form does the job perfectly well.
02Hosting
Host: OVHcloud (OVH SAS)
Address: 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France
Website: ovhcloud.com
At OVHcloud, in Roubaix. Not in a mystery datacenter on the other side of the world, but in northern France.
In practice, your data never leaves the country and stays under French law.
03Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, visuals, images, videos, code) is the exclusive property of Outsiders, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.
The words, the visuals, the videos, the code: everything you see here, we built ourselves, line by line.
Want to reuse a piece of it? Just ask, we're fairly easy-going. Help yourself without asking and we're rather less so.
04Liability
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Outsiders endeavours to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the published information.
We do our best to keep everything accurate and current, but we're not infallible either.
If you spot something outdated or wrong, tell us: it's faster than a solicitor's letter, and far more pleasant.
05Personal data and GDPR
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights regarding your personal data.
The GDPR says your personal data belongs to you, not to us. We fully agree with that.
The four points below set out what we collect, why, for how long, and how you take it all back.
06Data collected
The contact form collects the following data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Project description
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.
Only what you type into the contact form yourself: your name, your email, and whatever you tell us about your project.
We use it to reply to you, nothing else. No selling, no sharing, no newsletter you never asked for.
07Retention period
Data collected via the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, and deleted within a maximum of 3 years after the last contact.
As long as it takes to handle your enquiry, then three years at most after we last spoke. Then it is deleted.
Would you rather it went sooner? Ask us, and it is done straight away.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure
- Right to object
- Right to data portability
To exercise these rights, please use the contact form.
You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, erase it, object to how we use it, or hand it over to take elsewhere.
A message through the form is enough. No registered post, no printed form, no proof of address.
09Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. No browsing data is collected for analytical purposes.
No advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no three-button consent banner following you from page to page.
No sofa advert will chase you around the internet for six months because you stopped by here.
